Cycle Messenger World Championships

Since 1993, the Cycle Messenger World Championships have brought together thousands of bike messengers from all over the world every year, celebrating their unique community and the passion and dedication they put into their work every day.

During CMWC 2024 in Zurich, Milan earned the trust of the global messenger community and won the bid to host the 32nd edition of this iconic event — an experience that goes far beyond a bike race. While the bicycle always remains at its core, the CMWC also features workshops, exhibitions, parties, and shared moments of exchange, aiming to create a space for dialogue where participants can learn from one another, grow together, and strengthen their community.

We are incredibly proud and excited to bring this event to Italy for the very first time and can’t wait to see you all in Milano from the 27th may to the 1st of June!

Support Us

Organizing an event of this scale is a big undertaking and comes with significant costs. Our main goal is to make it accessible to everyone by keeping the registration fee as low as possible. Behind the scenes, there are countless details to manage: permits, venues, food, setups, equipment and many other essentials that ensure everything runs smoothly and safely. Every contribution helps us cover these costs and allows the event to stay fun, inclusive, and memorable for all participants. The Team

The people behind the organisation are couriers and long-time members of Messengers United Milano, the local courier community active since 2014. Many are still active on the road every day, while others have passed through our crew over the years but remain closely connected. We’ve known each other for a long time and have worked together on unforgettable events. Corba, Daniele, Filippo, Giacomo, Ilaria, Matilde, Matteo, Riccardo — these are just some of the faces you’ll meet at CMWC 2026.
